Cytashop was suspended and services suspended in respect of unpaid bills until 31 January 2021 as announced by CYTA.
In this context and in the light of the new measures announced yesterday by the Government, Cyta announces the following:
1. All Cytashop stores are suspended, which, according to the new measures, will remain closed for a period of three weeks until Sunday 31 January 2021.
2. Interruption of services due to unpaid bills shall be suspended. Account payments can only be made electronically, as described in https://youtu.be/oIFQ3TQ-RaA
3. The Customer Contact Centre 132 remains available to customers and the general public and Call Centre 150 will continue to serve Business Customers.
4. Customers are encouraged to use the services on www.cyta.com.cy website for their convenience. It is recalled that the services offered electronically are:
(a) Purchase of products and services
Free home delivery is available for appliance purchases.
(b) Payment of accounts:

5. Technical support, fault repair and provision of new broadband (optical and copper) connections will continue to be provided seamlessly, through the implementation of increased security measures, to protect the health of the Agency's staff and customers.
