CLARIFICATION FOR HUNTING ACTIVITIES

The Hunting and Fauna Service informs hunters that all activities permitted through renewed hunting permits (hunting and training of hunting dogs) are permitted under the following conditions:

1. Traffic shall be permitted after 5:00 a.m., by sending a text message for physical sport (option referred to in Article 6), to the number 8998.

2. Hunting activities in another province from the province of the hunter's place of residence shall be permitted for a reasonable period of time, at the latest until sunset. At the end of the activity and before departure for return to his place of residence, the hunter will send a second sms message (option number 6). Please note that the movement after 9:00 p.m is prohibited.

3. Hunting activities within the province of the hunter's place of residence shall be carried out by sending a text message for physical sport (option number 6), valid for a period of three hours. Before the end of this period the hunter may, if he wishes, send a second sms message, in which case he can continue his activity for another three hours. It is understood that the time of transition to and from the hunting area is included in the total time available.

4. Persons over 65 years of age may present a written declaration of exceptional movement, provided that their exceptional movement does not exceed a total of two movements per day.

5. When moving hunters, within means of transport, all provisions of the Infectious Diseases (Determination of Measures to Prevent the Spread of coronavirus COVID-19) of Decree (No. 2) of 2021 shall be complied with.

6. Gatherings in addition to two persons shall be prohibited in accordance with the Infectious Disease (Determination of Measures to Prevent the Spread of COVID-19) Decree (No. 2) of 2021.

7. During the checks to be carried out, hunters should indicate the message they have sent, their identity and their renewed hunting licence.

8. All of the above apply only to hunting activities provided that the hunter has renewed the relevant permits.
