Currently, all the Customer Service Centres require you to make an appointment.
Appointments can be booked online - Customer Service Centre [see below]. This is the recommended option.
Alternatively, you can call to make an appointment on 26 822400, or on 80002000

You will then see a section for each Customer Service Centre across the island. Click on the centre you require
You will then see a list of departments so you can select the one appropriate to cover your need. Once you have selected the department/service you will then have the opportunity to select a date and time for your appointment.
Departments covered:
-Department of Road Transport - eg driving licence issue/renewal, transfer of a motor vehicle, copy of a MOT certificate, cancellation of a motor vehicle registration, immobilization of a motor vehicle
- Department of Population & Immigration records - eg issue of ID cards/copies, issue/renewal of Cypriot passports
- Ministry of Health - eg hospital card renewal, EHIC if you pay social in Cyprus
- Department of Informatics Services
- Social Security Services
- Welfare Allowance
- Ministry of Education, culture, sports & youth
- Ministry of Justice and Public Order - apostiling any Cypriot documents
