In 81 complaints from citizens and 8 premises for violation of measures against the dispersion of the coronavirus, the Police made in the last 24 hours.
As a representative of the Police Press Office told the CYPE, in the last 24 hours, which ended at 6:00 this morning, a total of 10,948 checks were carried out throughout free Cyprus.
By province, 2,110 checks were carried out in Nicosia and 39 complaints were made to citizens and 4 premises, while in Limassol there were 14 complaints from citizens and 1 premises after 3,888 checks. In Larnaca, 730 checks were carried out and 9 citizens and 1 premises were reported.
In Paphos, the Police reported 9 citizens and 2 premises for violation of measures against the dispersion of the crown, after carrying out 1,004 checks. In Famagusta, 964 checks were carried out and 10 civilians were reported.
There were also 252 checks carried out in the Morfos area with no complaints, while 18 checks were carried out by the Port and Maritime Police without any complaints.
