- 853,422 beneficiaries have been registered with the GHS and a list of personal physicians.
- 756,440 beneficiaries visited their personal doctors.
- 574,007 beneficiaries visited medical specialists.
- 333,080 beneficiaries visited medical specialists for diagnostic tests.
- 606,083 beneficiaries received medicinal products.
- 523,679 beneficiaries underwent laboratory tests.
- 43,448 beneficiaries were hospitalized (in the period June 2020 – December 2020).
Health professionals embraced the GHS, which is reflected in the numbers participating in the GHS.

For the Health Insurance Agency, the positive elements of the report strengthen its commitment to establishing a universal health system with a solid foundation to ensure that all citizens, without discrimination and exclusion, have lifelong equal and unhindered access to health care services.
