A reminder please that refuse/rates, water and Immovable Property Tax bills are due to be settled by 14 December. By law, if the accounts remain outstanding as at 31 December 2020, a late-payment penalty is applied. If the accounts are still unpaid at 31 March 2021 then legal action will be taken.
