The already initiated cooperation of the state and private health component in the province of Paphos, due to the pandemic, becomes even more concrete and organized in the next period. Revealing information from the "F" indicates that the now visible possibility of the situation in Paphos being out of bounds in terms of the diffusion of cases in the community has raised alarm among competent state and local bodies, with the issue of even closer cooperation between state and private actors in the area now seen as of paramount importance.
A competent agent who confirmed our information spoke of the need for the Paphos Hospital and the city's private nursing units to now act as "transport containers" for the absorption of continuous unexpected events on both sides and for the joint strengthening of the health system within society, but with the introduction of safeguards so that "transport containers" do not diffuse problems from one side to the other.
In this context, the efforts of the representatives of the two parties on the initiative and local authorities of Paphos are also included. The Mayor of Paphos, Phaedon Phaedon, who had the initiative of the first joint meeting of this type a few months ago expressed the readiness of the health officials of the state and private sector of Paphos province to cooperate and jointly assist in any development that arises in Paphos during the critical hours we are going through, with the common goal of getting society out as quickly as possible from the difficult situation in which everyone is in.
