updated 19 May with changes

As of  21 May 2020:

 All restrictions of the movement of citizens are lifted [social gatherings at private residences are permitted - up to a maximum of 10 people in total.  The gathering should preferably be outside rather than inside the house].
 Visit to parks, open space playgrounds [not children's playgrounds], squares, marinas etc. will be permitted, provided no more than 10 persons are gathered at any time.
 Catering business will resume operation only in outer [outdoor!] space and in strict adherence to the protocols of the Ministries of Labour and Health.
