HOSPITAL OUT PATIENT CLINICS [PUBLIC HOSPITALS] NOT OPEN DOOR, BY APPOINTMENT

in-cyprus 25 April 2020 - ByConstantinos Tsintas

The State Health Services Association, Okypy, has clarified that public hospital outpatient clinics, which go back to service next week, will not be open door.
As noted, for the safety of both patients, as well as doctors and nursing staff, they can only come in following a definitive phone appointment from the relevant specialist clinics in state hospitals.
Patients in oncology, hematology and kidney dialysis, as well as other vulnerable groups, including people with disabilities that are examined following set appointments, will continue the same process.
Okypy informs the public that all appointments cancelled during the pandemic in all state hospitals, will be rescheduled and patients duly informed.
