Access is a little better than it was but not recommended for anyone with mobility problems. You have to walk over loose soil on the road where the Council office is and there is a big step up to the main entrance. You will need to park at the new church.
In addition, they are working on the little road that leads from Thimoulla's up to the Post Office so you may find that your access is blocked on occasion by the digger depending on where it is operating.
Further if you are at the Post Office and intend to visit the council office, please note that you cannot sneak down the back of Stamna - this is blocked off. You will need to go down to the carpark behind the little church, along past the little church and then across the square.
