The agreement was signed today, between the Municipality of Ierokipia and the Republic of Cyprus, for the lease of part of the state plot to the municipal authority, where the Andreas Stylianidis Park was created in Geroskipou, with the aim of further upgrading the space.
The Municipality of Ierokipia announced after this development that, at the same time as the official lease of the space, it announced a tender for the upgrade of the park, which includes, among other things, the playgrounds and the mini-football. A relevant study was carried out, in collaboration with the Cyprus Certification Company, with an emphasis on playground safety issues.
The estimated value of the project is €70,000 plus VAT. The opening date of the tenders is 30/10/2026.
