The Community Council of Panagia organizes the 6th Panagia Harvest Festival that will take place on Sunday, September 13, 2026 at 15:00 p.m. in the square of the Community Council.
The Festival will include a representation of a harvest in a vineyard near the village with donkeys and accompanied by traditional music, followed by grape pressing, zivania distillation, a Cypriot Artistic program with traditional music and Cypriot traditional dances. Also in the area will be set up kiosks for the promotion of traditional products derived and related to grapes.
Those who wish to hold a booth for the promotion of their products should immediately contact the offices of the Community Council for proper planning. The stand will include a 3X3m tent with a table and chairs which will be provided by the Community Council and will be rented at the price of €80 which must be paid in advance. Those interested must get their own white tablecloths and anything else needed for the festival afterwards.
For the correct organization, those interested must have the stands ready one hour before the start of the event around 2 in the afternoon.
The Harvest Festival is thematic and the products that should be promoted must be derived from or related to the grape such as for example (grapes, wine, zivania, soutsioukos, palouzes, meatballs, jams, sweets, decoctions, raisins, grape juice, commandaria, handicrafts which are related to the theme of the Festival).
Anything else such as toys or kazanti is not allowed. An exception will be made only in the case of food or other traditional product such as (resi and lokmades.)
