Complaints are expressed by many citizens in Paphos who employ foreign domestic helpers due to the recent change in the computerized system for the payment of benefits.
Citizens who contacted "F" complain that while until recently the procedures for the payment of allowances to domestic workers were completed smoothly, in recent weeks this effort remains incomplete, since the system at some point does not allow them to proceed with the repayment of their debts.
They complain that they risk being charged additional late fees while they continue to act within the deadlines to meet their obligations.
A competent source of Social Insurance who was asked by "F" said that now with the changes that have been made, it is necessary for the citizen to be connected to the Ariadne system in order to proceed with the payment of benefits to these employees. If someone has not registered with Ariadne, he said, he can no longer carry out this process, estimating that obviously the citizens who expressed these complaints have not proceeded to register in this system.
