Six additional social benefits and allowances have been added to the digital service "Find benefits you may be entitled to", bringing their total number from 45 to 51.
By answering a few short questions, citizens can easily check if they may be eligible for the following benefits:
Housing Plan for the Revitalization of Mountainous, Remote and Disadvantaged Areas
Housing Plan for the Revitalization of Specific Rural Areas
Support for Residents of Mountainous Areas
Support for residents of remote areas
"Renovate – Rent" Scheme
Allowance for Pensioners with Low Incomes
The service is available through the government portal http://gov.cy
and is gradually enriched with more government benefits.
