The mercury is rising higher and higher, which is expected to reach 38 degrees Celsius today, with the temperature further approaching 40 in the coming days. However, the possibility of rain and storms in the mountains is not absent from the forecast. Our area, according to the Department of Meteorology, is affected by seasonal low pressure.

Today, after the dissolution of the local low clouds and the sparse fog or fog, the weather in most areas of the island will become mostly clear with temporarily increased clouds. At noon and after, however, clouds that will develop in the mountains are expected to give isolated rains, without ruling out the occurrence of a short isolated storm. At times strong winds of 5 Beaufort will blow.
The temperature will rise to around 38 degrees inland, around 31 on the coast and 28 degrees in the higher mountains.

On Sunday, the weather in most areas of the island will be mostly clear with temporarily increased clouds, while during the midday hours and after, clouds that will develop in the mountains are expected to give isolated rains.

On Monday the weather will be mostly clear, however locally increased clouds will be observed at times.

On Tuesday the weather will be mostly clear.

The temperature will gradually rise slightly until Tuesday, but will continue to fluctuate slightly above normal levels for the season.
