MAFIA STATE - THESE ARE THE 15 NATURAL AND LEGAL PERSONS TO WHOM THE ANTI-CORRUPTION AUTHORITY HOLDS RESPONSIBLE - Filenews 16/6
The Anti-Corruption Authority attributes serious responsibilities to 15 natural and legal persons in its multi-page conclusion on the "Mafia State" case, which was made public today.
Among the persons named are former President of the Republic Nicos Anastasiades, former minister Nikos Kougialis, former MP Giorgos Varnavas and Russian tycoon Dmitry Rybolovlev, with the Authority attributing a number of possible criminal offenses, such as influence peddling, abuse of power, bribery and money laundering.
