The campaign for cleaning and removing vehicles in the Industrial Area has started and continues since this morning at an intensive pace and about 100 vehicles have already been moved, with the aim of improving the functionality, safety and image of the area.

This effort is carried out in the context of the continuous upgrading of the Industrial Area, in order to ensure better conditions for professionals, employees and visitors.

The Mayor of Paphos, Angelos Onisiforou, stated that the campaign continues with coordination, dynamism and consistency, with the competent services being on site to register, inform and move vehicles that create problems or an image of abandonment in the area.

The Municipality and the Municipal Council are determined to proceed with substantial interventions for the beautification and upgrading of the Industrial Area, with the aim of creating a more organized, clean and safe environment for all, he said.

At the same time, he said, it has already been planned, following a decision of the Municipal Council, to carry out new asphalt paving works in the Industrial Area, further enhancing the functionality and overall upgrade of the infrastructure of the area.

Our goal is a modern and functional Industrial Area, worthy of the needs and development of our city, concluded Mr. Onisiforou.
