Cyprus, with Antigoni and the song "Jalla", competed in 21st place and left the best impressions with the whole stadium applauding it.

"Celebration!" with past Eurovision representatives

After the competition part, older representatives of countries returned to the Eurovision stage. The first interval act, entitled "Celebration!", featured well-known names from previous events, such as Lordi, Alexander Rybak, Ruslana, Verka Serduchka, Max Mutzke, Kristian Kostov, Erika Vikman and Miriana Conte. The artists presented a mashup of classic Eurovision entries, including "Waterloo", "Euphoria", "Arcade" and "Cha Cha Cha", with the voices being pre-recorded.

The second interval act was dedicated to Parov Stelar, one of the pioneers of the Austrian electro swing music scene, with a combination of jazz, swing and electronic elements.

The predictions have been overturned

Finland appeared in first place in the predictions with a 40% chance of winning, while in second place in recent days Australia had risen with a percentage of 23%. In third place was Bulgaria with a 7% chance. Greece was fourth with 6% and Israel fifth with 5%. As for Cyprus, it was in 17th place in bets with a 1% chance of winning.

Changes to the way you vote

This year's viewers could vote from the moment the competition part of the evening started and did not have to wait until the completion of all the performances.

The public could vote:by phone
via SMS
via the esc.vote platform

Each user had the opportunity to vote up to 10 votes, but without being able to vote for their country.

This year, for the first time, fans of the contest all over the world, outside the countries participating in the contest, had the opportunity to vote for their favorite songs before the start of the live, through the official platform esc.vote.

We remind you that the votes of "Rest of the World" were counted in total as the vote of an additional country (as if it were an extra jury/audience group), thus giving a voice to Eurofans worldwide.
