Weak low pressure affects the area.

Today, initially in places there will be increased low clouds but also sparse fog or fog, however gradually the weather in most areas of the island will become mostly clear with local cloudiness. During the afternoon and after, clouds that will develop are expected to give isolated rains and an isolated storm, mainly in the mountains, in areas to the west and south of Troodos and later in areas inland. Winds will initially be variable and soon sea, light, 3 Beaufort, to gradually turn by the afternoon mainly southwest to northwest, light to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort. The sea will be generally calm to a little rough and temporarily a little rough in the north, south and west. The temperature will rise to around 28 degrees inland, around 24 in the southeast, east and north coasts, around 23 on the southwest and west coasts and around 17 degrees in the higher mountains.

The temperature will drop to around 18 degrees on the west coast, around 16 in the interior and on the rest of the coasts and around 8 degrees in the higher mountains.

On Tuesday, initially the weather will be mostly clear with local cloudiness, however at noon and after, clouds that will develop are expected to give isolated rains and thunderstorms, mainly in the mountains and in the eastern half of the island. Hail may fall in a storm.

On Wednesday and Thursday, locally increased clouds will be observed from time to time, while at noon and after, clouds that will develop are expected to give isolated rains or even a storm, mainly in the mountains and inland.

The temperature until Thursday is not expected to change appreciably, thus remaining close to the average climatic values of the season.
