The amount of rainfall that fell only during the first ten days of the month of April exceeded the normal for the month of April, reaching 127% of normal.

According to the preliminary data of the Department of Meteorology, the average total amount of rainfall from April 1 to 10 at 09:00, amounted to 37,9 mm compared to 29,9 mm which is the normal rainfall for the whole month.

It is noted that only 4 areas did not exceed 100% of the normal rainfall for the month of April.

In the 24 hours between April 9 and 10, the average amount of rainfall amounted to 2.0 mm, with Stavros tis Psokas gathering the largest amount of rainfall that reached 8.5 mm.

In relation to the average amount of rainfall, which occurred by region, from the 1st to the 9:00 in the morning of April 10, the largest amount of rainfall occurred in Stavros tis Psokas with 57.2 mm, which corresponds to 67% of the normal amount.

They are followed by Prodromos with 53.6 mm, which corresponds to 97% of the normal for the month of April, Platania with 51.9 mm which corresponds to 132% and Pano Panagia with 47.9 mm which corresponds to 73% of the normal for the month.
