PAFOS DESTINATION FULLY OPERATIONAL BY END OF MARCH. 25,000 BEDS IN OPERATION - OVER 95% OF FLIGHTS OPERATING NORMALLY
The Pafos Regional Board of Tourism announces that the destination Pafos region is expected to reach full operational readiness by the end of March 2026, with nearly all hotel accommodations and key tourism infrastructure functioning normally.
According to current data and operational planning across the region, hotels in the district are gradually reopening as part of the start of the new tourism season, with 25,000 beds out of 30,000 available by the end of March. At the same time, the wider tourism ecosystem is also resuming full operation, including restaurants, attractions, museums, tourism services, and activities.
In parallel, air connectivity at Pafos Airport remains strong, with approximately 95% of scheduled flights operating as normal, ensuring smooth and reliable access for visitors from key international markets.
This development confirms the resilience of the destination and the readiness of all stakeholders and tourism professionals to welcome visitors with high-quality services and authentic experiences throughout the year.
