EES - fully deployed by 9 April 2026
The European Commission has officially confirmed that the Entry/Exit system [EES] will be fully deployed by 9 April 2026.
The phased introduction period, which began in October 2025, will conclude on 9 April. From 10 April onwards, all 29 Schengen area countries will be required to apply EES at their borders
