AEGEAN - FLIGHTS TO MIDDLE EASTERN COUNTRIES CANCELLED - Filenews 28/2
A statement from the company states that "flights were cancelled from today, Saturday, February 28 until Tuesday, March 3, to and from the airports of Tel Aviv, Erbil, Baghdad, Beirut, Dubai and Abu Dhabi".
It is added that "passengers who have tickets for the flights will receive a message from the company or from the respective travel agencies through which they purchased their tickets, so that they are informed that they are provided with the possibility of a refund or credit voucher for future use, as well as a change of travel date at no cost".
In addition, "Aegean informs that in order to facilitate passengers with tickets to and from Tel Aviv, Erbil, Baghdad, Beirut, Abu Dhabi and Dubai, for flights with scheduled departure until March 10, 2026, it provides, if they wish, the possibility of modifying flights either by reissuing and changing tickets free of charge, at no additional cost, for new trips with a departure date until March 31, 2026, or by cancelling the reservation and issuing a credit voucher for future use."
The airline "is constantly evaluating the current conditions and will come back with any latest update," it is noted.
