The Ministry of Defence, in view of the enlistment of the conscripts of the 2026 ESSO, will put into operation within the month of April 2026, the electronic digital platform for the submission of the Declaration of Selection Details of Conscripts, in order to register their desire for the implementation of the selection and distribution process, in the Branches, Weapons and Corps of the National Guard.
The Declarations will be submitted through the new unified Government Portal, on the https://www.gov.cy website.
Conscripts, for their timely preparation, are invited to, by the beginning of April 2026, arrange for the creation of a profile in advance, as a citizen to create a profile as well as their identification, as this will be required to access the electronic service "H – Enlistment", for the submission of the Declaration of Conscript Selection Data.
It is emphasized that conscripts who have created a profile for the submission of the Declaration of Conscript's Details (16 years old), are not required to create a profile again, but only to be identified.
For the detailed information of the conscripts of the 2026 ESSO, the Ministry of Defense, before the launch of the electronic digital platform, will issue relevant announcements as well as will proceed with the posting of information material in which all issues related to the selection procedures of conscripts will be described, on the https://www.gov.cy/mod website.
