Snow in Troodos and isolated rains or even a storm are in store for the day today. Our area, according to the Department of Meteorology, is affected by weak low pressure. From tomorrow, Tsiknopempti as well as Friday, dust is expected in the atmosphere.
Today, the weather will be partly cloudy, while isolated rains are expected from time to time without ruling out a storm. Snow may fall on the highest peaks of Troodos
The temperature will rise to around 19 degrees inland and on the coast and to 7 degrees in the higher mountains, where frost may, locally, form at night.
On Thursday, isolated rains are initially expected, mainly in the western half of the island, but gradually local rains and possible isolated thunderstorms are expected in other areas as well.
On Friday the weather will be cloudy with local rains and isolated thunderstorms. On the highest peaks of Troodos it is possible that snow or sleet will fall.
On Saturday, the weather will initially be mostly cloudy and there may be isolated rains, while it will soon improve.
The temperature is not expected to change appreciably and will remain above the average climatic values
