When you click on where you require the appointment, you then have the option to select the appropriate topic and there are pull down lists of documents required.
Regarding renewal of driving licences, there is now the option of providing 6 months of water or electricity bills. In addition, any Doctor's certificate is valid for 3 months from the date of issue
