The summit for the formation of the Peace Council, in Davos, ended with the presentation of a masterplan for the reconstruction of Gaza, with an American signature.
Donald Trump's son-in-law, Jared Kushner, who played a key role in brokering the peace plan in Gaza, took the floor at the ceremony of the formation of the Peace Council presenting a "master plan" for the future of Gaza, with the following map, after praising the American president.

The reconstruction plan will be carried out in phases, he said, including housing the workforce, 100% employment and "opportunity for all".

"People ask us what our plan B is," Kushner said.
"We don't have a plan B, we have a plan. We signed an agreement. We are all committed to making this agreement work," he said, while slides were projected behind the podium of his speech.
"There is a general plan. We will gradually implement it in the Middle East. That's where they build cities like this, for two or three million people. They build them in three years. So, something like this is very possible if we make it happen."

"It will become a beautiful piece of land"
Trump took the podium after introducing his son-in-law to thank him, along with his envoy Steve Whitkov, for their work in negotiating the peace agreement and developing a plan for the region.
He also shared his thinking behind what Kushner called the "master plan" and called it "a beautiful piece of land-real estate":
"At heart I'm a real estate person, and it's all about the location, and I said 'look at this location by the sea, look at this beautiful property, what it could offer to so many people. It's going to be so, so great. People who live in such miserable conditions will live so well. But it all started with the location," he said, closing the work of the summit.
