Paphos is also the number one favourite destination for Israelis traveling during the winter season. This is presumed by the continuation of the flight schedule of the neighbouring area to Paphos airport, with the routes from Tel Aviv and Haifa not having stopped even in the heart of winter, although reduced as expected compared to the summer season.
The numbers of Israelis visiting Paphos, after the normalization of the situation in their country and the wider region, are again particularly large, confirming in practice the corresponding official reports of the Israeli state authorities as recently announced.
This fact is met with feelings of satisfaction on the part of local bodies, who expect an even better future in 2026, with the hope that there will be no new deterioration of the conditions on the battlefields in the Middle East.
