A serious incident of abandonment of two dogs is reported to have occurred in Akadimias Park in Aglantzia, with the animals being found early in the morning of January 16, 2026.
According to the complaint, the two chihuahuas were found frightened inside the fenced area of the park around 06:45, with one showing a particularly poor physical condition, as it is described as a "skeleton". The animals were reportedly left there overnight, amid freezing temperatures.
The complainant is looking for information about their owner, not for the purpose of returning the animals, but for the purpose of filing a formal complaint, pointing out that it was possible to give them to a shelter or find accommodation, instead of leaving them exposed to the cold.
