 Filenews 4 December 2025

The Digital Assistant is enriched as of today with information on issues and procedures of the Judicial Service, providing citizens with immediate and continuous service on a 24-hour basis, according to an announcement by the Supreme Constitutional Court (ASD).

As mentioned, the questions can be submitted both in writing and orally and the Digital Assistant will now be able to answer citizens' questions related to: general information about the legal system, the structure of the courts, information about the courts, answers to frequently asked questions (opening hours, contact details, etc.) and forms, the new Civil Procedure Regulations, the fees for lawsuits and other legal documents, documents, applications.

The Digital Assistant answers citizens' questions submitted either in writing or by voice, in Greek and English, while it can understand written language and Greeklish characters.

Access to the Digital Assistant is provided both through the government portal gov.cy and through the "Digital Citizen" application, while at the same time it has been integrated into the websites of the Supreme Court and the Supreme Constitutional Court, it is stated.

It is clarified that the digital assistant does not need personal information, such as name, age or address, in order to answer. Therefore, you should not use such data when submitting your queries, it is added.

It is further stated that the application is still in the testing stage of development and training, so it may not always give correct answers to the questions. For the best possible service, it is important that the questions are formulated clearly, with a full and accurate reference to the content of the requests.

The Digital Assistant is exclusively informative and his answers do not constitute official (legal) advice or position of the Judicial Service, it is noted.
