German tourists seem to be not only returning to Cyprus, but also choosing the Paphos district again. In the 80s and 90s, most Germans who arrived in Cyprus, and unfortunately there were not very many, usually chose the Polis Chrysochous apartment, mountain resorts and the eastern areas of Cyprus.
The new descent of the Germans, in much larger numbers, as shown by the interest of airlines and agreements with tourist accommodation, is mainly focused on the province of Paphos and even in periods and months that are not characterized as peak months of the tourist season.
This is perhaps the second and biggest good thing for Paphos that greatly lengthens its tourist year with very quality visitors.
