Accounts, cards, loans and online services work normally and no action is required on their part. Any changes resulting from the legal transfer will be communicated in a timely manner. They will receive updates through the official communication channels (e.g. web/mobile banking alerts, letters, SMS, announcements in branches or on the website of Alpha Bank Cyprus).
The customers of the former AstroBank will be able to be served by the branches of Alpha Bank Cyprus and the customers of Alpha Bank Cyprus by the branches of the former AstroBank. Alpha Bank Cyprus customers will only be able to use the ATMs of the former Astrobank and Alpha Bank Cyprus free of charge. To the question whether the charges and tariffs of the two banks will change, the answer is that for the time being, the pricing of the two banks will continue as it is, until the unified list of charges is implemented. For customers holding accounts, loans or cards with Alpha Bank Cyprus as well as with the former AstroBank, they can continue to use the services as usual.
