Foreigners continue to cause problems to citizens and demand money to replace supposedly worn windshield wipers.
Recently, in Timi, there was even an incident and injury to a citizen who tried to defend a woman who refused to pay for the replacement of the wipers on her vehicle.
The fraudsters changed the windshield wipers of a woman's car without asking her permission and then asked her for money for the new blades they installed. The woman refused to pay, asking to reinstall her own, but the astute countered that the ones they installed are disposable, if they removed them they would break insisting on being paid.
A relative of the owner of the vehicle intervened and there was a fight resulting in the injury of the relative of the owner of the vehicle. The scammers disappeared and are being sought by the police.
