Dangerous vehicles, according to the basis of the website of the EU Early Warning System, are published by the Department of Road Transport, with information received from the Consumer Protection Service, during the 39th week of 2025.
These are the following:

It is reported that more details about dangerous products can be retrieved through the Safety Gate, at https://ec.europa.eu/safety-gate-alerts/screen/search, using each product's warning number.
The Department invites manufacturers, representatives, distributors of the manufacturer, importers and sellers, who may have placed or place such products on the market of the Republic of Cyprus, to inform the Department of Road Transport. It is noted that the above economic operators must take all necessary measures to ensure that the products in question are recalled as provided for in the relevant legislation.
The Department also invites consumers, in case they own the above cars or motorcycles, to contact the manufacturer or the manufacturer's representative or distributor for instructions, parts, where appropriate, to stop using them and return them immediately to the point from which they have purchased them (if possible), informing the seller accordingly.
In the event that a manufacturer, representative, distributor of the manufacturer, importer or seller refuses to comply with the above consumer rights, the consumer is invited to submit his complaint in writing to the Consumer Protection Service through www.consumer.gov.cy website.
