The decision of the community council of Tala to take immediate and practical measures to deal with the scourge, as it is developing, with dogs whose companions do not take any responsibility, is already showing the first improvement results according to the observations of community leaders and many residents of the community.
The tightening of the community's stance on the issue has shown from these first days that the many British, mainly, owners of the likeable four-legged animals that acted in a way that caused nuisance and pollution in public places, today appear to be particularly careful in their attitude and avoiding behaviours that led to reactions from other residents.
Bringing to the surface an issue that many are reluctant to raise due to the ever-increasing intervention of animal welfare organizations, the decision of the Tala community council contributed to the already improving situation and reducing the strong complaints of many residents about unacceptable behaviour of dog owners towards society as a whole.
With the start of the campaign to comply with the laws of guide dogs, complaints are now pouring in about cases of dogs walking around unattended intimidating citizens, walking around without a leash and whose attendants are indifferent to collecting their faeces.
