The Department of Road Transport (TOM) has announced the latest withdrawals of vehicles and components from the European market, as notified to the Safety Gate System for the 36th week of 2025.
TOM invites manufacturers, agents, distributors, importers and sellers who may have placed or place these products on the Cypriot market to inform the Service accordingly and to take all necessary measures for their recall, in accordance with the legislation.
At the same time, it urges consumers who own the vehicles or motorcycles in question to contact the manufacturer or dealer for instructions. With regard to accessories, it is recommended to stop using them immediately and return them, where possible, to the point of purchase with the seller's information.
According to the relevant notification, the dangerous products are the following:
