For the fourth consecutive year, the Paphos Region Tourism Development and Promotion Company is currently running a specific campaign entitled "Let's share our roads safely".
The main goal of the campaign is to send messages to both cyclists and motorists on how the two road users can empathize, with respect for both so that cycling can be carried out safely. Messages that derive from the Traffic Code.
The campaign is designed in Greek and English, it is mainly promoted to the public of the Paphos district, with the use of short-term spots and static banners on social media, on information platforms, through announcements, interviews, etc.
For 2025, the second phase begins today, which will be completed on December 31, 2025.
The Paphos Region Tourism Development and Promotion Company and the bodies that support it actively promote cycling tourism, which is why this effort is inextricably linked to the friendliness that the province should have to cyclists as a cycling destination, but also to the general strategy for the use of bicycles as an alternative form of environmentally friendly transportation.
