11. 40 Demonstration of the preparation of the golden pasteli of Anogyra
11.30 Experiential Workshops for children. Carob seeds and wood become an inspiration and source of creation, with the guidance of professional trainers.

26 exhibitors with carob and pasteli products, and local products as well as arts and crafts,cosmetics and soaps with carob syrup. Tastings of all products and welcome with traditional carob drink.
The Church of the Archangel Michael will be open to pilgrims from 14.00-18.00
During the festival there will be a train, which will take visitors from the Carob Museum to the traditional and picturesque streets of the village.
The Carob Museum, the 'Black Gold' will be open for guided tours, and storytelling about the importance, types of carobs and their valuable contribution to the Cypriot economy .
