The Cyprus Fire Service responded in the last 24 hours to a total of 52 incidents, according to spokesperson Andreas Kettis.
Of these, 18 were for fires and 34 for special services. Among the special services, there were several operations to rescue people from elevators, due to power outages in various areas throughout Cyprus.
