The application portal for the E-Mobility Promotion Plan in Cyprus will be re-operational on 8.07.2025 at 9:00 a.m., the Ministry of Transport says in a statement.

3. The Department of Road Transport reserves the ability to terminate the application registration process, for any category of sponsorship, before the above date. In such a case, a notice will be issued with at least seven days' notice.
4. The Guide of the Plan is attached to this document. Where 31 December 2025 is indicated as the date of implementation of the authorisation in the guide, it is replaced by 31 October 2025.
5. It is clarified that vehicles for which an order has been placed before the date of the application, as specified in paragraph 10.2(a) of the Scheme driver, are eligible for sponsorship.
6. In addition, it should be noted that vehicles registered in the register of the Registrar of Motor Vehicles prior to the date of registration of the application are not eligible for sponsorship (paragraph 6.1(b) of the Scheme driver).
Attention! The implementation of the approval for this call for submission of additional applications must be implemented by 31.10.2025.
