REFUSE COLLECTION - MONDAY We contacted Tala Council regarding yesterday's collection and this is their reply: The driver faced a health problem yesterday and he couldn't continue.  ​The collection will be executed on Thursday as usual, but there is a possibility to have an extra one today.  Please leave garbage outside.
