TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS FOR 25 MARCH PARADE

Special traffic arrangements for the parade on March 25, 2025 in Paphos

The Municipality of Pafos announces that on Tuesday, March 25, special traffic arrangements will be applied in the area where the Parade for the National Anniversary of the Greek Independence will be held for the purpose of the smooth conduct of the event and to facilitate citizens.

The Parade will start at the Monument to National Arch Makarios III and Antistasis heading to the city center via Georgios Griva - Digeni Avenue. As of 10:00 AM. until 1:00 p.m.. Griva - Digeni Avenue and all its periods will be closed to the traffic of vehicles and other vehicles, the section of Evagora Pallikaridis Avenue from Kennedy Square to its contribution to Haralambou Muskos Street, the section of Nikos Antoniadi Street from its contribution to Pallados Street (Offices P. Ε. .. ) to Kennedy Square and the section of Apostolos Pavlos Avenue from its contribution with Michael Kyprianou Street (former Offices of the Municipal Finance Department) to its contribution with Gladstone and Nikodimos Mylonas Streets.

The following spaces will be used for parking vehicles: Former Police Station Parking Area (Kennedy Square), Zth Elementary School Stadium (entrance from Gregory Avxentiou Street), Jacobius Stadium (entrance by Gregory Avxentiu Street), Caravella Parking Area and space in front of the Pontic Greek Genocide Monument (Evagora Pallikaridis Avenue).

Drivers are asked to comply with the emergency traffic signs and the instructions of the members of the Traffic of the Paphos Police Directorate and the Traffic Officers of the Municipality of Paphos to avoid unnecessary inconvenience and the risk of causing accidents.
