Every year, on February 22, Scouts around the world celebrate World Scout Day and Founder's Day, commemorating the birth of Lord Robert Baden-Powell, founder of Scouting. This day is an opportunity for everyone to reflect on the importance of giving, self-improvement and service to society, values that are the cornerstone of the scout movement.
As part of the celebration, the Cyprus Scout Corps organizes actions that enhance social responsibility, solidarity and environmental awareness. Through them, the Scouts renew their commitment to leave the world a little better than they found it, following the vision of their founder.
Below are the following actions that will take place all over Cyprus:
