The roads leading to Troodos are open to all vehicles, but the Police advise caution to passing drivers, since due to frost, the roads in the Troodos areas are slippery.
The rest of the road network in urban areas, as well as on motorways, does not present any particular problems.
It is reminded that today, due to a race in Nicosia, the following roads will be affected:
From 07:00 in the morning, the following roads in Strovolos will remain closed:
Strovolos Avenue (from Kilkis to Presidential roundabout)
Archbishop Street Kyprianou
Prodromou Avenue (from Arch. Kyprianou to Red Cross).
The Police recommends caution to those who will be moving on the road network, who are asked to observe the traffic code and traffic signals, to avoid road collisions.
