The Municipality of Pafos informs its partners and suppliers that in the context of its digital transformation it adopts electronic invoicing.
Specifically, as of March 31, the receipt of all invoices will be processed only digitally through the Jinius platform, while during the transition period until then, the existing and the new way of receipt will be supported.
Electronic invoicing contributes to the digital and smart city program, which the Municipality carries out steadily and dedicatedly, in line with technological developments and European directives, aiming at increasing efficiency and sustainability.
The municipal authority urges all partners and suppliers to register on time on this platform in order for the cooperation of the two parties to continue unhindered. He emphasizes that those who register until March 31 will be exempt from the registration fee, which amounts to €40. In addition, the Municipality has ensured that partners whose invoices through Jinius do not exceed €2500 per year, will be exempted from the monthly fee of the platform, which amounts to €15 plus VAT.
