A total of 243 complaints for various traffic offences emerged during 411 checks of trucks and buses over a week.
These checks took place during the week of information and policing with road inspections of trucks and buses, which took place between the dates of February 17 – 23, 2025, as part of actions to increase safety on the road network.
The week of actions was conducted at a pan-European level, by the member countries of the European Traffic Police Network Roadpol, with information on the risks caused by non-compliance with current legislation, but also with the intensification of traffic police checks for violations committed by truck and bus drivers.
