The Ministry of Defence invites conscripts who reach the sixteenth year (16) of age (born in 2009) within 2025, to submit the Data Declaration provided for by the National Guard Law.
Data Declarations must be submitted by September 30, 2025, through the Government Portal https:/www.gov.cy.
It should be noted that whoever fails to submit the Data Statement, or submits it late, or enters inaccurate information in it, commits an offence and, in case of conviction, is liable to imprisonment not exceeding six (6) months, or to a fine not exceeding one thousand euros (€1.000,00) or to both of these penalties.
