Bank of Cyprus has fully renovated four branches at central locations in all cities, offering specialised services until 10pm.
The new renovated stores are open 7 days a week until 10 pm, giving many possibilities to customers for services that are not offered in other branches.
The Bank of Cyprus has installed specialized machines, in which, in addition to cash withdrawals and cheque deposits, both counting and depositing coins and withdrawing coins can be carried out at the same time.
The new stores offer bright and modern spaces, autonomous service points for easy and fast transactions 7 days a week, Meet & Greet reception with specialized staff for any questions and private meeting rooms for personal service.
What do the specialized machines offer?
- ATM
Services: Deposits, withdrawals, transfers, account balance, printing account statement
- Business Deposits
Services: Deposits of banknotes, coins, cheques using special security envelopes.
- Automatic Business Deposits / 360 Notifications
Services: Deposits of banknotes by businesses using a special code which is registered in the machine.
- Automatic Business Deposits / 360 Coins
Services: Coin deposits by businesses using a special code which is registered in the machine.
- Coin deposits
Services: Counting the value of coins and issuing a special deposit receipt and then automatic deposit to an account that the customer will register in the machine.
- Coin withdrawals
Services: Special machine for automatic withdrawal of coins according to customer preferences.
