Mostly clear weather over the weekend, while Monday will become mostly cloudy and local showers and thunderstorms are expected from the afternoon. See the forecast in detail:
On Friday the weather will be mostly clear, but in the afternoon locally increased clouds may give isolated rain, mainly in mountainous areas south of Troodos. The winds will blow northwest to northeast, mild to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort. The sea will be a little rough in the south and east and even turbulent on the rest of the coast. The temperature will rise to 18 degrees in the interior, around 20 degrees on the coast and 9 degrees in the higher mountains.
Tonight the weather will be mostly clear. The winds will blow mainly northwest to northeast, mild to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort. The sea will be a little turbulent, but in the east it will become a little turbulent to turbulent. The temperature will drop to 5 degrees in the interior, around 9 degrees on the coast and 1 degree in the higher mountains, where frost will form. Frost may also form in other leeward mountainous areas.
On Saturday the weather will be mostly clear.
