The attention of drivers is drawn by the Police, as there are roads that due to frost and snowfall are dangerous or even closed to vehicles that do not carry chains.
Specifically, an announcement states that in the Limassol district, due to light snowfall and frost, the roads Karvounas-Troodos, Platres-Troodos and Prodromos-Troodos are open only to vehicles with four-wheel drive or equipped with snow chains.
In addition, in the area of Morfou, due to frost the following roads are open but slippery:
Kakopetria – Pine wood – Pedoula
Pedoula – Prodromou
Prodromou – Lemithou
Prodromou – Platres
